Shania Kennedy is the sole owner and trainer at Full Force Fitness. Within her own
personal journey, she has lost almost 200 pounds over the span of two years and has kept her weight off since. Through consistent strength training and developing healthy habits, Shania wants to share her journey and her knowledge with the world.

Shania has been a certified personal trainer since 2015. Her focus with all her clients is to develop an overall healthy and balanced lifestyle all while kicking ass! The core of the training is to involve strength training with a nice mix of functional movement to help us with our daily lives all while getting some cardio in

Shania herself has been to the struggle and continues to struggle with her own personal battles, but with that, she better understands what clients go through mentally, physically, and emotionally. She now is a world record and a state record holder and powerlifting and teaches classes on how to get rid of the diet and create a sustainable life. Shania‘s main focus is to touch on as many lives as she can, her love and passion for health and wellness are seen throughout her entire day with all her clients that she works with. Through all the good, the bad, and the ugly Shania wants nothing more than for everybody to succeed in anything and everything that they do. Personal training is not only her job but is her passion and her life.
