BOOT CAMPS
Bootcamp classes at Full Force are specifically designed to be the biggest bang for your buck. It is 45 mins of non-stop, hard work. Each class is carefully constructed to focus on strength, cardio, and functionality. These classes are for any age, weight, or fitness level, as the class can be progressed or regressed based on individual needs.
- 1 year contract: $140 per month
- 6 month contract: $150 per month
- Month to Month: $185
SMALL GROUP WEIGHT TRAINING
This class is focused on strength training, fixing imbalances, core, and functionality. This class is one hour, and max 6 people at a time. This can be tailored to individual needs while having the comradery of a small setting!
- 2x per week: $200/month
- 3x per week: $250/month
- 4x per week: $325/month
PUNCH CARD
Punch cards are available in packs of 10. Once bought they have a 1 year expiration date.
- Small Group: 10 classes for $275
- Bootcamp: 10 classes for $200
