BOOT CAMPS

Bootcamp classes at Full Force are specifically designed to be the biggest bang for your buck. It is 45 mins of non-stop, hard work. Each class is carefully constructed to focus on strength, cardio, and functionality. These classes are for any age, weight, or fitness level, as the class can be progressed or regressed based on individual needs.

  • 1 year contract: $125 per month
  • 6 month contract: $135
  • Month to Month: $160
SMALL GROUP WEIGHT TRAINING

This class is focused on strength training, fixing imbalances, core, and functionality. This class is one hour, and max 6 people at a time. This can be tailored to individual needs while having the comradery of a small setting!

  • 2x per week: $175/month
  • 3x per week: $225/month
  • 4x per week: $275/month
  • Unlimited: $350/month
ONLINE WORKOUT PROGRAM

One on one workout program. Programs are tailored to each client, that includes a 30 minute check in every week. Requires 6 month commitment.

ONE TIME NUTRITION CONSULTATION

Includes a 60 minute consultation to set up nutrition plan.

MONTH TO MONTH NUTRITION

One on one coaching. Coaching includes personalized nutrition, 1 check in per week via email or 30 minute zoom call.

6 MONTH NUTRITION

One on one nutrition coaching. Includes 1 check in per week via email.
