Yes, really. The world knows no boundaries. But in order to develop the time for your own fitness and gym routine, you must set boundaries for yourself.
Every time, during my workout or walk, I put my phone on do not disturb. It can wait. Work can wait. Let your mind be at ease, and focus in. Quit scrolling, no social media, just get your workout DONE.
I set a bed time during the week and the weekend. No exceptions. The TV was taken out of my bedroom, my phone gets put on do not disturb, and I make sure to keep the same night time routine. Meditate, lay in dim light setting, hygiene routine, magnesium spray, decompress.
I schedule in my workouts. This was a main thing I love about Full Force Fitness. I have the same schedule and time frame for classes. And people must schedule their classes. You not only commit to me, but you commit to yourself and dedicate the time to your workout. Even if it means taking a fitness class at 5 am.. you do it.
That is another thing.. you always have time. What kind of time are you willing to sacrifice? You might need to go to bed early to hit a 5 am workout class because you know you won’t come later. I know it is tough, you will adjust.
You have to remember that the only person that is going to take care of themselves.. is yourself.
